School Management

Our school is an organization with over 150 staffs. Every member in our organization – from directors and teachers to administrative and operations staff – is dedicated to fulfilling his/her responsibilities to achieve the mission, objectives and goals of our school.

The Board of Directors representing the promoters of the school is the governing body and the highest authority in the organization. It provides the strategic plan and sets the short and long term objectives of the school. Mr. Antoo Shrestha is the Chairman of the School and Mr. Santoo Shrestha serves as the Vice-Chairman.

The School Management Committee (SMC) of our school is headed by the chairperson of the Board of Directors. Members of SMC also include two representatives of parents of Rosebud School’s student, one representative of District Education Office, one member representing the staff of the school, and the member representing the local ward where our school is located. The principal of the school is the member-secretary of the committee. The SMC is primarily responsible for the academic development of our school.
